This service provides Ateneo event management and seat reservation to organizations of any kind: schools, theatres, auditoriums, associations, public bodies and the like.
Payments, charges and refunds
Ateneo is a hosted software platform. Oksigenia SL provides each organization with the platform and its configurator to run events and bookings. Oksigenia does not sell tickets and does not act as a payment intermediary, agent, commission agent or payment institution.
When an organization charges for tickets, it does so through its own payment gateway (for example Stripe or PayPal) with its own credentials, or by any means it chooses. Money goes directly from the buyer to the organization's account. Oksigenia does not receive, hold, retain or transfer buyers' funds.
The organization is the seller for all purposes: it sets prices, issues invoices or receipts, settles any applicable taxes and handles refunds, changes, cancellations, chargebacks and complaints from its audience, as well as any consumer obligations that apply to it. Its relationship with the payment gateway is governed by its own contract with that provider.
Oksigenia charges no commission on sales: everything the organization collects is its own. Oksigenia only charges the Ateneo hosting plan (Free, Pass, Pro or Dedicated). For more capacity or features, the organization moves to a higher plan.
If you bought a ticket: for anything about the payment, the invoice, changes or refunds, contact the event organiser, shown on the event page and in your confirmation. Oksigenia cannot process refunds or settle payment disputes.
The organization's gateway keys are stored encrypted and used only to create payments on its behalf and check their status. The organization can remove them at any time from Ateneo or revoke them at its gateway.
By creating an organization and by enabling a payment gateway, the organization expressly accepts these terms.
Privacy (GDPR)
Each organization is the data controller for its attendees' data. Oksigenia acts as data processor in providing the service.
Data stored: your account email to identify you and the reservations you make (seats and, where applicable, a name and contact for notices). No grades or student data are collected.
Legal basis: managing your reservation and your relationship with the organization.
Retention: while your account exists or the organization needs it for the event.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. From your panel you can delete your account and release your reservations anytime; you can also write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies
Ateneo uses only necessary technical cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie (theme and language). No tracking or advertising cookies.
Prices and contracting
Plan prices may be updated at any time for new sign-ups. A term already contracted keeps its price for its full duration; changes apply on renewal and to new sign-ups.
