Ticketing for theaters and school productions

A run of shows means the same room, several dates and a lot of families asking where they're sitting. Ateneo keeps that in one place: draw your auditorium once, add your performances, and open them.

One chart, every performance

  • Draw the auditorium once, with its aisles and wheelchair spaces, and reuse it for each production.
  • Every performance is a session with its own date, on-sale window and closing rule.
  • One Event Pass covers all the sessions of a production. It's counted as seats × sessions, so a 200-seat hall with three shows is 600 tickets: €39 (about $44).
  • Prices by zone, or a free show where people still pick a seat.

Shows for your own community

  • Upload a list of families as a CSV, or let in anyone with your school's email domain.
  • Set how many seats each person can book. Families can share one allowance across several email addresses.
  • The box office can book for someone from the session screen, and it's logged under their name.

Paying however you already do

  • Connect your Stripe or PayPal account, and the money goes straight there.
  • No processor? The reservation is marked as due, and you mark it paid when you collect at the box office or by bank transfer.
  • Give away complimentary seats to cast and staff without taking a payment.

Show night

  • A reminder goes out the day before to anyone who asked for one.
  • Volunteers scan QR tickets at the door with their own phones, with or without signal, and see how many people are in.
  • Staff can move someone to another seat, and the person is told about the change.
  • Print the list for the front of house, or download it as a CSV.

What it costs

  • Free plan: one active event of up to 120 seats, for events you don't charge for.
  • Event Pass, one payment for one event with all its sessions: up to 300 tickets €19 (about $21), up to 1,000 tickets €39 (about $44), up to 3,000 tickets €79 (about $88). Tickets here means seats × sessions.
  • Pro, €179 a year (about $200): events all year in rooms of up to 1,000 seats, your own branding and your own email sender.
  • Your Stripe or PayPal fee on each payment is separate, under your own contract with them.

Questions

Do parents need to create an account?

For open events they can see the show and pick a seat without one. To book, they sign in with Google or with a link sent to their email. There are no passwords to remember.

We don't charge for our school show. Is it really free?

Yes, for one active event of up to 120 seats. For a bigger hall or more shows, an Event Pass starts at €19 (about $21).

Can we keep some seats back for the cast and VIPs?

Yes. Block seats on the chart, or reserve them for specific people from the session screen.

Can students help at the door?

Yes. You can give someone an usher role for one event, which lets them check people in at the door.
